This is where your vision takes shape. We start by leveraging our extensive design library, collaborating with you to understand every detail of your operational requirements. At this stage, we work with 2D layouts to give you maximum flexibility and creative freedom, allowing us to rapidly iterate on features and layouts until we establish the perfect foundation for your vessel.

The Whiskey Project Group’s engineering and manufacturing capability spans both the United States and Australia, giving us a powerful, dual-hemisphere presence to deliver mission-critical watercraft at scale.

Australia – Yamba & Newcastle, NSW​​
In Australia, our manufacturing centres are located in Yamba and Newcastle, New South Wales, employing a highly trained and predominantly local workforce. With over 3,000 m² of dedicated fabrication, outfit, and after-sales facilities, these sites have delivered more than 1,300 vessels to defence, police, coast guard, and emergency service agencies, as well as commercial operators.

Capabilities: Vessel construction up to 25 m, aluminium fabrication expertise, and sustainment/upgrade capability across Australia.

Quality & Compliance: Accredited to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, compliant with NSCV and AMSA standards, and independently certified for aluminium welding under AS/NZS 1665:2004.

United States – North Carolina
​Our extensive facility in Edenton, North Carolina, is a cornerstone of our operational strength. Situated in a Hub Zone, the site employs a skilled, predominantly local workforce and provides 60,000 sq ft of production space on a 50-acre waterfront site. With dedicated facilities for aluminium and composite construction, as well as maritime repair and maintenance, the NC facility ensures scale, versatility, and precision.​
