ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Procurement Coordinator at The Whiskey Project Group, you will help ensure our teams have the materials, components and services required to deliver complex watercraft projects efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Working across procurement, supply chain, production and project teams, you will assist with purchase orders, supplier communication, delivery tracking, pricing information and procurement records. You will help monitor requirements and lead times, follow up outstanding orders and communicate potential supply issues before they affect project schedules.

This role sits at the centre of a fast-moving operational environment. It requires organisation, clear communication and the confidence to coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining accurate information. Your work will help strengthen supplier relationships and support the smooth progression of projects from planning through to production and delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You will bring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and a methodical approach to coordinating purchasing activities. You are comfortable working with detailed information, managing competing priorities and building productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Ideally, you will offer:

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain coordination or a related administrative role
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
• Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Accuracy when maintaining purchase orders, records, pricing and delivery information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential supply issues early
• Confidence working with business systems, spreadsheets and digital records
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support changing project priorities
• An understanding of manufacturing, engineering or project-based procurement environments

Experience in the marine, manufacturing, engineering or defence sectors would be beneficial but is not essential for someone with strong transferable procurement experience.
